1. Object
The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (CGU) is to define the terms of provision and use of the IZIgroup site (hereinafter “the Site”).

The Site is published by IZIgroup, SAS, with capital of €11,600, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 83325871800026, whose head office is located at 13 Rue des Émeraudes, 69006 Lyon.

3. Acceptance of the T&Cs
Access and use of the Site are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these T&Cs. By accessing or using the Site, the user (hereinafter “the User”) accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
4. Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs relating to access to the Site, whether hardware, software or internet access costs, are exclusively the responsibility of the User.
5. Site Content
The purpose of the Site is to present the services offered by IZIgroup. IZIgroup strives to provide information as accurate as possible. However, IZIgroup cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether due to itself or to third party partners who provide this information.
6. Intellectual property
All content present on the Site, including, without limitation, graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, sounds, logos, gifs and icons as well as their formatting are the exclusive property of IZIgroup, with the exception brands, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these various elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of IZIgroup.
7. Personal data
IZIgroup may collect personal data concerning the User via the contact or newsletter subscription form. This data is intended for internal use and will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties.
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him by contacting IZIgroup via our contact form.

9. Limitation of liability

11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, it will be brought before the competent courts of Lyon.
